WRONGLY ORDERED PRODUCTS:-
If you wish to return wrongly ordered item please contact us within 7 days from receipt of goods. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging still intact and resaleable condition. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods that have been opened, or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. Before opening the package please check that goods are suitable for the purpose they were purchased for (for example, check the package of a cartridge to make sure the cartridge fits your printer, or look it up in your printer manual). If you are not at all sure about the correct cartridge to use for your printer, feel free to contact us; sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different models, we can provide you with those details at your request.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped as 'receiver to pay' will be rejected.
Refunds will be given within 30 days This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
By law, you're entitled to a 7 day cooling off period under the Distance Selling regulations.
If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the 7 day statutory cooling off period. This period begins from the moment you receive your goods.

Faulty goods purchased more than 30 days before a return will need to satisfy the following conditions:
Please contact us first to let us know which order you are returning, or if returning an item from a particular order, the cartridge code of the item.
As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 3 months old from the invoice date, please contact the manufacturer in this instance.
Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return.
If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
All cartridges must be sealed and secured to ensure they do not leak or get lost in transit.
It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us.
Once we have received the cartridges, we will evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. We are very sympathetic when it comes to returns, and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.

All returned goods need a RMA number
To obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) please email us at email@example.com with details of your order and the issue. A note detailing the order number, and cartridge code of returned goods (along with a sample of faulty print). Should the rules not be followed, goods will be returned upon arrival.
