Recycling Policy & Packaging Information
We reduce the amount of excess packaging on certain products we dispatch.This reduces enviromental impact as excess packaging is recycled. This not only benefits the environment but also allows most of the packages to fit straight through your letterbox. The cost savings that result from this allow us to offer free postage on most items.
Some products may be re-packaged. This will not affect the product or its functionality.All manufacturers warranties still apply and all products are guaranteed.
Our expected dispatch times are listed with each product. These times are estimates and your product may arrive sooner or later than advertised.
What happens if I have not received my goods?
We are obliged to wait 15 working days, after the duration of 15 working days and you have not received your goods please contact us. We will endavour to respond within 1 working day. Our procedure would then be to send you a short form and we ask you to complete this and send back to us in compliance with Royal Mail. Once we have received the form which has been signed and dated, we are then able to send you out a replacement. Any other problems please phone or email and we will endavour to get back to you within 1 working day.

Following the purchase of your products(s) you will be sent two emails.
The first will be confirmation of your order and will be titled "Your order from All Day Office Supplies" and will outline what it is you have ordered and confirming the pricing and delivery information.
The second email will be confirmation of your payment and will be titled "Your payment to All Day Office Supplies" and will act as a receipt of payment for your products.
